Positive: Host and location

Convenient location in busy Chiang Mai downtown. Positive: The condo has very helpful free parking inside. There is staff (who presumably belongs to the condo, not the apartment owner) who can help collecting the keys and with other questions. The apartment is rather small with 30m², but OK for a short stay. It has a nice view. This is a busy and very touristy area, with many shops, restaurants, etc in walking distance. It is also rather congested with Chiang Mai-style traffic jams throughout most of the day. So leave your car in the basement and walk, if you can. Negative: Nothing, really. Shower gel was missing, but I reported this to the owner, so it should be fixed by now.

Feels like home. Positive: Everything.

Positive: Very convenient, central location near to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Apartment is compact, very well appointed with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Noisy at night due to the central location but otherwise a great choice. Negative: Just the noise at night, but is not unexpected.

Small but well organized, very quiet, very well placed with bars and restaurants in the vicinities Positive: In middle of a buzy bars and restaurants are, but very quiet inside and in the street the flat is? space to park a car or a motorbike. Flat is small but well organised. less than Bhat Grab car to city center or Minutes walk. Friday evening there is a night food market at the end of the street acrss the boulevard. Close to airport. Good reaction from management when we asked some additional things. TV with TV box with all main TV Apps (netflix .....) bring your login password. Good washing machin for your daily wash Negative: It was missing some glasses and things like that, but manager get some quickly. Cleaning team was passing at different days, it would be better to have fixed days and times, easier for everyone
