Bright Apt In Nimman Center With Roof Top Pool

Great location and good value for money, but some elements would need improvement Positive: The location right in the heart of Nimman was amazing, meaning we were a short walk from basically everything we needed, and about 25 minutes from the northern gate of the Chiang Mai centre. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the pool on the top floor of the building was a very nice bonus. Finally, the communication with the owners of the apartment was very smooth, and they were very responsive and supportive both before and during our stay. Negative: Unfortunately, there were a few things that we weren't so great related to the cleanliness of the apartment. As the bathroom had no window and only a weak extractor fan for ventilation, the bathroom was quite damp, and on top of that, the toilet smelled very strongly, like it hadn't been cleaned properly for quite a while. In addition, the washing machine was full of dust when we tried to use it, and even after running an empty wash, it still left dust and dirt on our clothes when we washed them. The AC also smelled like it needed its filters changing and was not such a pleasant smell. If these elements were addressed, it would have been a really great stay. Finally, a small side note would be that neither of the treadmills in the rooftop gym were working properly, which was quite a shame.
